Refund Returns
At Hallow Naturals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, this Refunds & Returns Policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date, provided that:
- The product is unused and in its original condition and packaging.
- You provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- The product is not listed as non-returnable below.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used skincare, cosmetics, or personal care items.
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or clearance items.
- Gift cards or downloadable software/digital products.
3. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- Pack the item securely in the original packaging where possible.
- Ship the package to the returns address provided by our support team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Note: We recommend using a tracked shipping method when returning items. Hallow Naturals is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
4. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and bank.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or product), contact our support team and we will advise on availability and any price differences. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
