What the Guarantee Covers

If your skin doesn't notice the difference within 60 days of receiving your order, email us with your order number and we refund every penny. Use the whole jar if you need to — figuring out whether something works on your skin sometimes takes more than a swatch.

If you receive a damaged or wrong order, the guarantee covers that too. Just email us — usually we can make it right the same day.

2. Tell us a little about how it went — your honest feedback is the most valuable thing you can send us.
3. We refund every penny to your original payment method, typically within 3–5 business days of processing.

Subscription Refunds

The 60-day guarantee covers your first Subscribe & Save delivery exactly the same as any other order. After your first delivery, you can manage future ones (skip, change cadence, pause, or cancel) anytime in your account — there's a link in every subscription email — or just email us and we'll handle it for you.

This guarantee runs on trust, not hoops. We're a small family business in Springfield, MO, and we believe people are honest. We've found that nearly everyone is.
